Andrew began his career in Williams County in 1993 as a special deputy after graduating with an Associate’s degree in Law Enforcement from Owens College. In 1995, Andrew became a deputy sheriff, where he was assigned to the road patrol division. He continued his education and graduated with honors from Bluffton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management.


Functions

After working in private business, Andrew returned to law enforcement as Chief Investigator for the Prosecutor’s Office in 2013. His primary functions are to assist the Prosecutor’s Office throughout the court phase and to provide additional investigative needs for local law enforcement agencies. Andrew and his wife, Lynette, are active in the community, and their two boys, Connor and Garrett, attend Edon Northwest Schools.
