Responsibilities
This department is responsible for the maintenance of the 263 miles of agricultural ditches/tiles and any new drainage projects that are petitioned through Section 6131 of the Ohio Revised Code.
- Roadside ditches/tiles are not maintained by the Drainage Department. If you have a question or concern about one of them you can contact the Highway Department.
